Briefing:
To develop a smart parking car park on 6 levels and commercial areas on ground floor and basement.
Architectural Solution:
The entire parking is organized in accordance to the requirement of a robotic parking system that allows for access of the cars whilst freeing most of the ground floor for the commercial areas.
To avert expressing the monotony of the building, the facades are clad with perforated panels that vary in width, with panels that are recessed in relation to the outer panels, endowing the building with a dense three-dimensional feeling that is highlighted at night by means of artificial lighting.
