Brief:
Mirzam is a chocolate manufacturer that intends to produce chocolate and promote the tasting experience of chocolate. Located in Al Quoz, an industrial district of Dubai, Mirzam focuses on producing high-quality gourmet chocolates and showcasing their unique production process.
Architectural Solution:
To its visitors, the Mirzam chocolate factory will be very much like a museum that will enable them, without causing any interference to the production process, to get a close look at all the different stages of the chocolate production.
The factory transforms the visit into a memorable experience that entices audiences into acquiring a better understanding of how the quality of the ingredients and of the production process determines the final quality of the chocolate. Understanding the production process is a fundamental first step towards acquiring a taste for the complex flavours of fine chocolate. Our solution addresses this experience and attracts return visitors not only due to the quality of the chocolate but also due to the unique atmosphere of then factory.
